Like many others, it worries me that this pharmacy is used by so many elderly people with the retirement home opposite. The staff give the impression that they don't care at all and really could do with some training in how to become effective and decent communicators. I avoid at all costs.

I telephoned to check whether my prescription items were in stock and available to collect. Nobody answered the phone. I called again 5 mins later, no answer. I walked to the pharmacy, there was no queue and three staff. I asked my question twice and mentioned that I had also called and nobody answered the telephone. They said ? sorry about that?.

Thos store has really gone down hill. Went to collect 2 prescriptions, was only given one, tried to explain that I had two to collect but they weren't interested. Finally got it sorted an hour later after talking to three different people all the while the first lady still claiming I only had one prescription.Worries me that this pharmacy is used by so many local elderly people.

They received my prescription 4 days for diabetic medication, and they are not answering the phone. Head office assured me someone would call me back today after I spoke to them 3 times. Now closed with no medication again

I?ve had my prescriptions from here for the last 8 years and I?m finally done with the poor service and bad attitude of this branch. Today was the final straw. I had an emergency prescription to be fulfilled and I went in to the pharmacy to enquire when it might be ready. After standing at the front of the queue for almost 5-8 mins (and being ignored despite 5 staff in attendance), I was finally approached to be told that there was no pharmacist on site to check my prescription and that there might be one available later today. When I explained that I would need my prescription for continuity and would it be feasible to come back at 5pm - I was met with a sigh and a smirk from a young female member of staff.My husband later called to ask if a pharmacist had been in and was told she came in for 1hr but had to leave and had not checked my prescription off. My husband went in and asked if a copy of the prescription could be printed off for him to take elsewhere. The same young assistant smirked at him and printed off my prescription.This pharmacy was excellent for so many years - there seems to be consta t staff changes and the service has just been downright poor for the last 2years. I actually had my prescription fulfilled at the pharmacy attached to my GP at 4.30pm this evening and it was efficient and professional. I would not recommend this pharmacy on Cold Bath Road at all. Well pharmacy need to review the service and proffesionalism of this branch. Such a shame as it was excellent previously. Myself and my husband have now moved to our GP pharmacy on Cold Bath Road. Much more efficient and professional?.

Do not go to this pharmacy. There is always a long queue, no pharmacist for a few days last week. The staff don't seem to care. Disgraceful. Go elsewhere.

Staff unhelpful and painfully slow, and they never answer the phone. Prescription is never ready even after a week or more.
You always have to wait over 30 mins even when there is no-one in the shop.. terrible service, really recommend you go elsewhere. Shame you cannot give zero stars as they are not worth the one you are forced to give..

Answer the phone? I guess that?s beyond the realm of possibility for this pharmacy. A shame because the location is superbly convenient for locals.

my dads medication is never on time, he?s is very poorly and needs the meds, never answer the phone, delivery is always at-least a week late
