Asked to write details down to collect prescription. While the male casually scrolled through his Facebook at the main desk. Left the details for others to see not data protection in place. No clear communication i will just get your prescription please wait. He just walked off with his personal phone in hand. Its really rude & unprofessional. Ashame while other staff working hard.

Such a shame, it used to be efficient and reliable.Now it?s a shambles? disorganised and slow, can?t seem to find prescriptions, and frequently don?t have enough medication to complete the prescription.

everytime i get a prescription sent through I leave it a few days knowing how bad they are for service. last 4.montha I've never had a prescription in full and on time.Today however was for my daughters prescribed baby milk . Again it was prescribed 2 days ago. went in today they haven't got the milk, it's not been ordered. I tried calling 12 times as I dont live in harrogate but no one ever answers , To be told phones out of service. don't talk bull.I'll be complaining. lazy and incompetent.the SW

Went late this evening (Friday) needing an emergency prescription for my dog that is also human medicine, unfortunately they didn't have it in stock but ordered it and also they called every other pharmacy to see if I could get it elsewhere. Superb help and customer service especially considering they are rammed to the rafter's.

Went to this pharmacy on a Saturday only to see a sign on the door, shop was opening an hour later due to staff shortages. After waiting so long, handed my script only to be told they did not have stock and I must try somewhere else. Not a great experience!

Friendly and helpful, such a relief compared with other pharmacies. It's open Saturdays too.

Went down hill not long ago. Have often had to wait over two weeks plus to get my medication. and to make things worse, they now open at 9am instead of 6:30am. I used to get my medication on the way to work , now i have to wait until i have a day off.

This is a shocking pharmacy. No idea of how to manage custom queues. Frequent mistakes in dispensing and they gave me someone else?s repeat prescription. Not fit to practice.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, never answer the phone say they are short staffed but have the time to end the call!

Diabolical attitude from the younger members of staff. Never answer the phone. Takes ages and ages to prepare your prescription. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service. Don't have medication in, give you a slip to return but not open when say they are! No one answers the phone. Don't use go elsewhere! Sent me away today with no medication AGAIN! Asthmatic who they don't have inhalers for!!
