Often when you call they don't pick up. When you go in person they don't acknowledge you for a long time. Clearly under staffed.

It seems they don't keep the staff for very long , and the ones that are there, aren't efficient enough to get prescriptions ready for waiting customers, leaving queues to form with endless exasperated customers.
This pharmacy definitely needs an overhaul in organisation in order to perform a much better service . The place is a mess, with staff that run around like headless chickens going nowhere fast . It needs order amongst the chaos with clear English speaking staff.

This used to be a great pharmacy, now I am considering returning to my GP pharmacy as: it doesn't open until 9am at the earliest; it is often late opening with no explanation for customers as to why or when they plan to open; then when it is open, staff ignore customers for as long as possible.

Sunday 9.30 not open. Assistant late - no pharmacist. Now 10.04 no communication and people queuing. Not a good sign or advert for the service!
Notice placed on door no pharmacist today - did not have the decency to talk to us!

Excellent service wheelchair accessible free parking for costumers toilets available. One thing to add to is it is pointless trying to call as it either gets left to ring out or they just literally just pick up and put down even when not busy I've seen it myself so know it's correct info. Pretty bad really especially if you're coming a fair distance and they could of just picked up the phone

Poor and slow service. Man at counter preferring to drink his tea than say hello or serve. Meds not in despite 4 day pre order notice. Phones not answered. I stood in the pharmacy, ringing them. I was the only customer in, 5 staff and they just let my call ring out. Never answered. Shoddy.

Gentlemen at the counter had no idea what I was asking - I don't think he spoke English. I think he tried to ask one of his colleagues to help me - but they then started yelling at each other in a foreign language. A third member of staff simply repeated my question back to me and gestured around the shop. Eventually I went behind the counter and read the instructions on the various medicines and made a decision myself. All members of staff had disappeared at this point so I called out from the counter "Is anyone here?" A young lady appeared and checked out my chosen medicines politely and as if this was totally normal. One of the more bizarre shopping experiences I have had.
