Did not have the products I was advised they stock. Samosa kits. Only had a bhaji kit with no evidence of stocking any other of this companies products. 20-mile round trip for nothing.?

Very unfriendly cashier, didn't say hello, no eye contact, didn't pass purchases along to enable packing and didn't say anything to confirm the final amount, if I had a Waitrose card or how I would be paying. I decided to wait and not make any attempt at making my payment until some form of communication was made from him. It took a while but he eventually stopped staring straight ahead and managed to say what the total cost was.
Very disappointing customer service - this is probably not the job for him.....

Very disappointed with the service both at the Deli counter and the checkout. The young gentleman on the fish counter had absolutely no knowledge of the fish he was selling. I asked for a Cod fillet and he responded with "can you tell me which is Cod". The other young Gentleman on the checkout charged me £2-70 for a 70p bread roll. I questioned it and he added the 70p bread roll and said he'd cancelled the £2-70. Good job then I checked the bill as he hadn't cancelled the amount at all. I would have given a 1 star review but the lady on the desk in the foyer was service with a smile and sorted it. It's a great store but wish the staff were trained a little more.

From the USA, and was impressed by the cleanliness and variety here. The prices were very good as well.
