Really rude staff, all over me when they thought they could sell something, then completely different as soon as they realised Vodafone had made a mistake. No customer care, just aggressive and dismissive. Mistakes happen, but the way it was handled was disgusting. The manager was worse than the staff. Definitely avoid this shop.

The only place I enjoy going in is the Vodaphone shop in Harrogate ,
As they will always Help with you?re iPhone issues ,
Without kicking a fuss !
I always buy all my business phones from here as they well experience team .
Tom the Assistant Manager always welcome you in store even if you?re going to buy anything !
I highly recommend this store.

Waited an hour and a half to be served. They were very quick once they were helping us - but so much so that it felt they weren't listening to what we were saying.

Fantastic team ! Brought my father in today and the team are extremely helpful. They took us through all the available options and found the best deal for us and also offered us the service of moving all the data over from the previous phone. Cannot praise them highly enough. Fab team !

If i could give zero stars i would do.
How do people make such a big mistake and not apologise for there mistakes.
I would not recommend this shop at all infact I would say stay well away so much so having to take it to ofcom to sort things out with a phone that is less than 5 months old

Total rubbish home broadband, went into the shop to set up a new account, promised the best and received the worst.
Sick to death of seeing the circular ring of life watching match of the day at 3:00am Sunday morning. How bad can they get, went back into the shop to complain and told that they can do nothing about the rubbish service I have to complain on line.
I'm just waiting for my contract to end and they are gone. The follow up service is really bad makes Virgin Media look half decent.

The customer service is trying to be helpful but all my queries wasn?t done. They tend to give false advises as well, or will blame someone else.Anyways I moved from vodafone to O2.Don?t like vodafone service to be honest.Even the chat service in the app will not be helpful.

Dan and Dawn has done fantastic service with me and my mum today. Dan helped me with my new phone downloading everything on my new phone from my old one and did my new case and screen protector. Thank you both for making me happy. Fantastic customer service. X

Why can?t I have the telephone number of the Harrogate store. I need to speak to staff about something left behind. The number given on the website is the general Vodafone number and no department there can supply the direct Harrogate telephone number. Totally frustrating. I must add however, the 1 star I am giving is for Vodafone?s telephone system. The member of staff I dealt with at Harrogate was excellent.
