Helped me out with a Warranty of a a leupold thermal tracker, I spoke to Lucy throughout the experience and she was super helpful, answered all my emails asap! My return was packed perfect by Ray (big up) and the turnaround was less than a couple months which for a US warranty is insane, they took all the customs import charges from the states for me by putting it in with a big order, will defo shop with these guys in future as they have helped me out immensely!
