Lovely warm welcome awaits you at Urban Chill. Staff professional and friendly. On holiday in Harrogate. I had a full body massage and a facial, so was in 2 hours. Only constructive criticism I felt was when having a facial, whilst waiting the 15 mins for the mask to be on, I was expecting a hand massage, head massage...
