The ladies in Harrogate Tui store are all amazing and knowledgeable. We have booked holidays through them regularly for years and have always been impressed by how polite they all. Tash booked our 2 most recent holidays with such enthusiasm. Her understanding of what is required with advice about visiting Cuba and how this can affect entering USA and even organising small dominations of USA currency to tip in Jamaica was so helpful and came in really handy. We often do our own research on the Tui website to obtain ideas, but then visit the store to book for that personal service.

I always use Tui as I find the service is excellent. I recently booked our holiday to Cyprus and was very impressed with Dani she booked my holiday so efficiently and got me a great deal. She is very polite and helped us pick the best holiday for us. I will definitely book again and will be booking through Dani as she couldn't do enough to find us our perfect holiday.
