Attended our first appointment with my 14yr old daughter for braces with Michael Riley. Simply outstanding communication skills from Michael. From the moment we entered the surgery room, I knew it would be a positive experience. Explained everything, all information was covered during the examination, and all my questions were answered. Staff were kind and managed to fit me in even after I was late to my appointment. Everything was explained really well to me in the process and was continually asked throughout my appointment if I was ok which ensured I felt comfortable throughout it.
Parking is limited around the area (there?s a pay and display park but space is limited) so be aware of that!
