The store is ok! They usually have what your looking for but it?s so depressing going in there the woman who I think is the manager (Lauren) literally acts like she doesn?t want you in there, never smiles, most of the time doesn?t even speak to you just kind of grunts and unfortunately she seems to be rubbing off on the other staff whereas before they were all polite and friendly. Definitely not suited for front of house retail. Everyone I speak to (other tradesmen) say the same thing. Think I?ll just stick to screwfix when I can.

Brilliant store, great value for money. Always have a good stock and if not instock your item can be delivered to store or your home. Very wide range of products at very good prices. Staff are always kind and very helpful. Toolstation always have every product you need for any sort of job you're doing. Highly recommended!!
