We could not be happier. The quality and workmanship are excellent. Dan was brilliant from his first visit he listened to our brief and worked with us to achieve our end goal. Dan explained everything throughout the entire process, and nothing was too much trouble. Liz in the showroom was extremely helpful and friendly and gave excellent advice. Ron our fitter was exceptional, he is so hard working and such an asset to the TH family, we are delighted with our kitchen, absolutely love it. A huge THANK YOU to the whole of the TH team.

From the the beginning to the end of my project working with Tom Howley Harrogate they have delivered an exceptional experience. As part of a new barn conversion I am so pleased that I chose them for the kitchen design and install. From fabulous Beth, the designer, who created such a beautiful design, listening to all my ideas and being patient as we explored new ones and then came back to the original! :) To Liz, who as the showroom manager, was always there to answer questions and queries. To Ty the EXCEPTIONAL installation coordinator and finally the simply brilliant fitter Mark, who I felt put as much care into the installation as he would have if it was his own. I was so well looked after at each stage and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. We would like to thank Dan our designer and Liz showroom manager at Harrogate. We have had 1 initial consultation and 1 design meeting so far and the experience has been superb. Liz is always very helpful and welcoming. Dan is a brilliant designer. He listens to all our requirements and takes everything on board as well as making great suggestions. Dan knows every detail about Tom Howley kitchens and presents and explains everything with enthusiasm and pride. He has come up with a great design and we are proud to say we have commissioned Tom Howley to build us a fabulous kitchen and dining living space. From our first visit to the showroom we were provided with excellent service, including lunch! Julian was very responsive and thorough in discussing any design features of the kitchen that we wanted to change or add. He gave us the idea of moving which room we would use for the kitchen when he came to a site visit (On a Sunday) which has allowed us to make the most of our space and create a really stunning kitchen. I had read some negative reviews regarding after care, however the after sales support has been excellent. Our kitchen was first fitted in November 2019 and Julian has still gone the extra mile throughout even providing us with a few additional extras we have asked for. By far our favourite room of the house. I think you are always nervous about spending a lot of money on something like this, but everything that was promised was delivered and have got to say a massive thank you to Julian for always being available and supportive, putting a lot of effort into giving us a fantastic kitchen and making sure we were delighted with it.

Highly recommendedOur dream kitchen by Tom Howley has been fitted recently and we couldn?t be happier. The entire process was professional and the quality is outstanding. Adam, the designer in the Harrogate Showroom made the most of the space and created the perfect layout. A big thank you to him and also to Don who organized the whole fitting process. So reliably and he answered every question so quickly. Everybody who worked on our kitchen seemed to be very passionate about their employer. If we ever buy another kitchen, it will be Tom Howley.

The design service is highly professional and the customer service has been excellent. We have received detailed plans for the kitchen and boot room and are delighted with the proposed layout. Really looking forward to seeing the units installed. Can highly recommend Tom Howley Harrogate if you are looking for a new kitchen.

Having seen a photo of a kitchen on Instagram my husband and I visited the Tom Howley showroom in Harrogate. We were warmly welcomed and were given coffee and a thorough demonstration of the kitchens on show. This was pre lockdown.We made an appointment and subsequently met with Adam Corbally, an extremely professional and talented young man. This was totally unlike any experience we had with other kitchen businesses. Adam led us thorough the process, ensuring we ended up with exactly the design we wanted, no matter how often we wanted to make small tweaks. The showroom is excellent, staff friendly and helpful and we can not wait to get our kitchen installed early in 2021.

We like it here! The showroom is immaculate and the staff always give us a warm welcome, even though we've kept them waiting for over 2 years (and counting) to install our kitchen, while we build the extension it's going in. We cannot wait for it to be finished.We had several companies design kitchens for us and theirs was by far the best thought out. We really feel like they've worked hard to give us the best kitchen we can get.

A great job, well executed! From a warm welcome in the showroom, through an imaginative designer, an efficient fitter, a helpful project manager and a good after sales service, this has a been a very positive experience. We have just ordered our kitchen and so far the staff at Tom Howley Harrogate have been fantastic. The shop environment was lovely, with helpful staff who let us look around at our own pace (with no hard sell), and were open about cost and budgets (unlike some other places we found). The quality of the furniture seems to be excellent, and looks great. Our designer Adam really listened to our requirements, producing a wonderful design incorporating everything we wanted, within the target budget. I can't wait to finalise the design and see the finished kitchen.

We ordered the kitchen last Autumn and they pulled out all the stops to have it fitted in time for Christmas. We are absolutely delighted with the results.A special mention to the team at Harrogate, who did a great job with the design, and Ty and his team of fitters and painters who installed the kitchen and appliances. All seemed to be done to a very high standard, with the minimum of fuss and in a professional and friendly manner.We have no hesitation in recommending.
