I have just been into the Harrogate store and the chap who served me couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful if he tried! He placed the items (all of which were different sizes boxes) on the counter at all different angles. Fantastic experience at The Works Harrogate. Had a vast range of the genre of books I was looking for. Served by a lovely colleague called Helen who was very helpful and really nice to talk to, with some good recommendations for books.
