Disappointing customer service. I bought a diffuser for my wife for Christmas in December 2021 and it stopped working early with December 2022. We didn't have time to contact customer services due to the inevitable Christmas rush but I contacted them this month to explain. They refused to replace the product. I accept that it is now just out of warranty but it failed within the warranty period and, for a company that charges premium prices I expected premium customer service. I would expect a diffuser costing £80 to last more than 12 months. My wife has now bought a replacement from Amazon for £20 and it actually works better! I'll not be prepared to pay their premium prices for goods in the future.

Absolutely awful experience, just before Christmas! We decided to buy our first ever artificial Christmas tree and found the perfect one on the website. Placed order, chased once, told it was being picked, chased again, told it was out of stock! Order cancelled and refunded whilst I was on the phone chasing it up! only 2 weeks til Christmas now and we are left without a tree! So disappointing from a company like this, would never have expected this dreadful level of service. Asked to speak to a manager and told not possible, wasted a week waiting for this tree and now have to start all over again, really unhappy and disappointed.

Don?t shop online! 2 Christmas presents ordered. The first arrived damaged. The second came as an empty box which was damaged and empty! Terrible service. They also don?t include gift bags if you buy online which was a big disappointment. I thought they would provide the same service as Jo Malone.

Shambolic customer service. Items ordered online, chased and told on their way, hadn?t appeared and chased again. Cut off from phone line twice and then wasted an hour saying it was a failed order, 6 items no longer available for reorder. Just really terrible.

Awful customer service. Sent a faulty electric diffuser back in July, still having received my replacement or refund in September!!!!! Rang 6 times to be told different excuses and issue still not resolved. No manager available to talk to and refunds team ?not available? you don?t expect such awful customer service from a company like this. To make things worse this was my mums birthday present that was faulty.

They had incorrect pricing on the website and therefore cancelled my order without any communication. No response from multiple enquiries and no refund until I made a complaint on facebook 10 days later.
I used a birthday gift card but after this experience I don?t want to order with them again. They refused to give me a cash refund so I?m now left with a gift card that I don?t want to spend with such a company. The worst customer service and attitude I have experienced. Very disappointed.

I definitely won?t recommend The white Company I have had nothing but trouble . I ordered some items in November 2021 one thing didn?t arrive as it was out of stock but since then I have had funds reserved off my credit card six times which had resulted in several phone calls and promises that this won?t happen again and yet again it does. The item has never been sent out and they are using my card details without my authority. Absolutely shocking and would never buy from you again ,

Excellent service in the harrogate store , Rachel organised for me to receive a top in my size . Nothing was too much trouble, I was in the store on Wednesday and received my top on Friday , an added bonus , it was sent with free p&p .Well done the harrogate store .
