Great cut and restyle from Laurent this weekend. My tired and quite limp hair has been transformed into a quirky french bob which I love. Fab experience in the new salon, with Fran taking good care of me and Laurent restyling me. Excited to play about with my new cut, and to return in the spring ?I highly recommend this salon for a relaxing and high quality salon experience!

I went here to get my hair cut, booked in with Laurent. He was on his phone half of the time or looking around the salon, didn't even cover me with the gown properly and was covered in hair. I came out with a lopsided fringe and lopsided hair. I had cut all my long hair off and was devastated with the results. I went in wanting to feel good about myself after having a baby and came out hating the way I looked. I complained and Kelly was available to fix the issues. She is lovely. She listened and talked to me but due to the issues I came out with shorter hair than I wanted and a fringe half way up my forehead, but at least it's straight. I hate the way I look and now have to wait for my hair to grow so I can look somewhat near to what I wanted. Really sad and disappointed as I have wasted money on this haircut. I won't be going here again but if you do decide to go here please see Kelly. There is nothing worse than having hair that you hate, especially as a woman.

For me Laurent is the best hairdresser in Harrogate. I'm delighted to finally find someone who cuts my hair so well and I've recommended Laurent to so many people already! His years of experience shows with the way he cuts my hair. I also love the mix of music and gin to go with my haircut. A winning formula!

I found the staff friendly and professional, and am also extremely happy with the finished product! After the first session of balayage, and expressing that this wasn?t the result I expected, I was given a second session free of charge.
