Went in today and it's possibly the unhygienic coffee shop I've been in. All the tables were dirty, no evidence of any cleaning going on. The floor had food dropped on them.

The store was filthy, sticky tables and floors that hadn't been cleaneed. Ordered large filter coffee... they gave heated up old coffee.

Dirty. Damp. Not a nice place to sit in. Toilet was vile. Urine all over the toilet, dirty wet floor and period waste on the bin. Tables full of empty cups and rubbish but 3 staff on?

This branch of Starbucks brings shame on the Starbucks brand. The coffee was fine but the shop is more like a truck stop cafe. It smells dirty, looks dirty, and the toilet is more like an Esso station loo. It was shockingly disgusting and stank of wee. I visited on a busy Christmas shopping day and the upstairs seating area was almost empty. Watching the busy Marks and Spencer?s cafe opposite just emphasised the comparison between the two. Next time I?m in Harrogate, I?ll go there.

Staff were OK, but busy chatting to customers they seem to know rather than serving. Not all customers have hours to spare waiting in line for a drink whilst excessive chit chat takes place. They didn't have any full fat milk at 12.30pm. Who is in charge of making sure there is enough milk for the whole day?? It's a coffee shop and, spoiler alert for the manager, you need milk to make a flat white/latte. You're opposite M&S - go buy some if you 'don't have any'. The place/decor of this Starbucks is run down and scruffy. Given the number of coffee shops in Harrogate, Starbucks will be lucky to survive if they don't get their act together.

The Barista (R) needs to learn some customer service skills. I asked for a black Americano with s/f caramel, I was given black Americano with vanilla. I notified (R) it was incorrect, he grabbed the coffee from me aggressively threw the contents down the sink and muttered under his breath. Customer service goes a long way. Perhaps an apology for getting the order wrong may be a starting point.

Coffee is standard and staff are nice but man it's ALWAYS filthy. What are the staff actually doing? I always have to clear tables before I can find anywhere to sit. Never see staff actually cleaning the tables either so once clear, it's still kinda gross. Then again it'd be nice if the customers could also simply put their cups in the cleanup area once done.

no sandwiches or cakes left did someone forget the stock order? Upstairs tables full of dirty cups tables need wiping . Four staff on two girls too busy talking about their personal lives to notice

Horrible service. Only one person making drinks whilst two ladies chat and not bother doing anything. I had to wait 15 mins for my drink after others who were before me?
