Lovely hidden gem, beautiful cakes spoilt for choice! cappuccino was perfect we tried the pistachio and apricot cake was delicious! ordered my neices birthday cake staff extremely helpful and assisted in making a choice, looking forward to seeing the end result next weekend. great customer service will definitely be back!

Had my birthday on Monday and my love secretly ordered me a cake on Saturday. No issues at all, it was ready at our table after the meal. We?d already had a great dinner, so when the big reveal came, I was honestly shocked at how good the cake looked. Biscoff, my absolute favorite!
You know how it usually goes: after a big meal, nobody really wants cake. Well? not this time. Every single slice disappeared. Not a crumb left, not even a plate abandoned. That says it all!
Light, delicious, beautifully decorated?and when I found out the price afterwards, even sweeter. Highly recommend. You guys rock! ??

Ordered a birthday cake for my wife - long story short, we ended up throwing the whole thing away, since aftear eating some of it, our visits to the toilet were MUCH more frequent... :/ Wouldn't be buying here again.

Excellent, really tasty cakes. Very good price as custom made cakes to. Last time I get a birthday cake from Asda! Staff also very friendly :)

A lady with tattoos needs some customer service training. She couldn?t be bothered to make scrambled eggs on toast or a plain sandwich. Everything too much effort for her and I was made to feel uneasy
Definitely won?t be going near that place with rude staff like that

Shocking service. We ordered a wedding cake form starbakes. It arrived 5 hours late and was the wrong cake. As the cake was late the the photographer wasn't there when we cut the cake, meaning we missed out on professional photos of this traditional moment. We paid for a cake with floral decorations but the cake was only decorated with fruit. After rising a formal complaint not even a partial refund of the difference between the cake we ordered and the one we received was offered. I would obviously recommend looking else where for your wedding cake

Really nice toasted chicken and peppers sandwich. Bought one from Pret recently but the Starbake version was far superior. Took a couple of cakes as well, both very high quality, delicious and nicely packed. Not the cheapest, but a nice treat.

I have visited many times and mostly never any issue. But this time totally disappointed with milk cake. As expiry date label was removed and i asked staff ,why this label was removed and she said i have removed. I was surprised but as i started to eat it, it was not as freshness as in past many times. One month before, i came to drink coffee and one new staff she was totally ignorant.
She was thinking i came here for free food. But i ignored her behaviour. We can feel it. Its shame. Treat to everyone equally without any prejudice . I hope you guys will improve and provide fresh products and best service to everyone equally without prejudice!

I absolutely loved it here, me and my partner came from Leeds up to Harrogate with high expectations and they were not let down, the staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was amazing?anddd the food was great!! We got chocolate cake which was so soft and moist, a biscoff blondie which was much better than I expected and the flavour popped perfectly as well as 2 cookies, red velvet and blueberry?I would 1000% come back and it wouldn?t surprise me if we do come back within a week or so ?

Me and my partner bought a few things from here and we LOVEDDD IT our favourite thing was the moist chocolate cake (highly recommend) and our least favourite thing was the blue and red cookies they was kinda hard and dry and didn?t taste as nice as we expected but we will be coming back never the less and recommend this place to others.
