We came shopping for some new school trainers ready for high school for our daughter and if it hadn't of been for Jacob's knowledge, help and patience we would probably have walked out empty handed. He is a real asset to the store and we really appreciated his help.

Totally terrible staff, rude obnoxious women who won?t help. I asked for help and was told they were ?too busy?. They were not busy just chatting with some random friend. Told me I could take my customer elsewhere it if I didn?t like it. Bunch of incompetents .

Usual stuck up workers? not only useless when asking for help but also horrible to kids just looking around and asking them to leave for no reason, good shop but the workers do let it down massively

Great shop in Harrogate there's lots to choose from. I went online and found certain items I wanted, but just be aware that the website isn't for local stores it's the main warehouse and they will send to your local store, I ordered something and had it in 3 days. Great service and great choice within the store itself the staff seem pretty sound as well.

Just want to give a BIG shout out to the lovely female assistant who was working in the shoe area of your Harrogate store.She was putting out tickets and serving numerous customers all at the same time, she went above and beyond to help everyone, even another customer who was getting shoes for her small child commented to me how fantastic she was! I think her name was Marina? as I asked for it because so many are eager to leave negative comments and I think positive ones are equally as important. Anyway big thanks to you! ?

Store always appears disorganised, bit like a jumble sale. On my visit, I found football boots in the wrong boxes for the size (across a few different types). Staff seemed friendly.

I was extremely upset as I was whiteness to a female member of staff being so rude and horrible towards a younger female member of staff today. I asked for a price check of an item, the lady in question didn?t even speak to me and continued to search two staffs bags and clothing at the end of their shift and then carried on giving the younger girl a hard time about the computer system all in front of me whilst I was waiting! This is scary as such behaviour I saw and heard could definitely affect young people who may not have the confidence or experience to speak up. The gray haired female working today should be ashamed of herself what a disgrace let alone poor customer service from her.The person on the till who served me today was lovely!

Absolutely shocking customer service. It?s happened to me before in this store and I swore then I?d never go back but this time I mean it. Wanted to return some golf gloves I?d bought in error (wrong size) but I didn?t have the receipt so they wouldn?t accept them back. All I wanted was an exchange, not a refund but I was refused.
