I?ve just had the worst Bacon and sausage sandwich ever.
after walking in and the staff taking nearly 5 minutes to realise I was even stood there, I ordered a LARGE Bacon and sausage, with EXTRA BACON sandwich, it cost me £6.75 . When it turned up it was the smallest sandwich I have ever seen, one sausage cut in half, and no EXTRA bacon. If this is a large, I?d hate to see what the standard size looked like? terrible value for money. ????????

Great outdoor and indoor spaces, dog friendly.Friendly and professional service.The three egg omelette was fantastic, with an option of toast or salad. The full English breakfast was excellent, quality ingredients, my only niggle was that it was desperate for some tomatoes on that plate.Americano was excellent and strong, the tepid cappuccino a little weak and oddly had sugar sprinkled on top.

Word to the wise - if you are staying in the Travelodge, then pop into Slingsby's for breakfast or lunch. You'll be pleased you did! Great coffee, food is tasty.

Always a great coffee and treats such as caramel shortbread. Love sitting upstairs for the quiet atmosphere. Staff are efficient and kind.
