Always really helpful staff. I?m not trade but I have been renovating a house, which has had me buying various bits and pieces and looking for solutions. I was there again today looking for a kitchen sink plug solution. The staff there have been a great help and they are really friendly. Thanks.

We buy from Screwfix on a pretty regular basis and they have great stock and friendly staff. I was especially pleased to be able to buy steel toe cap work boots in size 5 here. Queues are never bad when I'm there, using the app to click and collect is a good idea.

Zero customer facing skills from the staff. I was served by Sam and thought she was so ignorant that I made a point of remembering her name. Not something I've evr done before. It doesn't hurt to be polite and say hello. Screwfix, you might as well have a self-service checkout than employ rude staff. What happened to "Have a nice day!".

Thank you to the very kind manager who went back in to get my order just as they closed. It was very much appreciated as it meant I could get my project completed and not have to drive back to Harrogate the next day. Life save sorry for getting the closing time wrong. Excellent customer service could have easily turned me away you?re a good guy credit to the Screwfix company.

It?s definitely a good store but this location? I don?t prefer for a next time, very rude staff on a till serving with No greetings or not even good behaviour.
