Not a pleasant experience when I visited Sally's in harrogate yesterday. As I was purchasing an item the lady behind the counter slammed the item down on the counter quite abruptly and overall felt quite uncomfortable with her manner towards myself. I understand we can all have bad days however I found it very unprofessional and quite upsetting considering I am always kind and friendly towards people.
