Bit of a reverse TARDIS - based on the outside you think it'd be massive but it actually feels a bit claustrophobic inside. Staff are friendly though

Move over Eiffel Tower ? Sainsbury?s is where the real magic happens. From the exotic land of Frozen Peas to the breathtaking Valley of Biscuits, every aisle is a new discovery. Staff didn?t offer guided tours, but they did point me toward the reduced section ? a true hidden gem. Five stars, would explore again.

Staff generally very helpful. We would particularly like to mention Ali who spent much time and patience helping us download the Nectar app. onto my wife?s android phone so she could use it to start a Smart Shop. Much appreciated.

Went here to buy some supplies for our holiday,
Actual shop is fine but we bought a pack of fresh burgers, and soft white baps,
The burgers we're tasteless
, and as for the rolls they literally fell apart when I tried to cut them ,
Can honestly say that these rolls were the worst I have ever had.
And they literally were days in date.
So definitely not out of date.
What honestly has happened to Sainsbury's quality.

Thanks Sainsbury's for the added broken glass shards and beer all over my food delivery!
And kudos for saying you had a 72 hour response for complaints then not ever getting back to me.
The first box was not too bad so I repacked it (we don't get deliveries in carrier bags) took it upstairs (our kitchen is on the 1st floor) but as I got through the boxes there was more and more beer and more and more glass.
Refusing the delivery was not an option as the cupboards were bare and it was late on a Sunday afternoon so time was getting on.
Thanks again Sainsburys for telling me there is nothing you can do about it!
EDIT... After Sainsbury's comment on this review I thought I would add that this is all after I spent over 2 hours in chats and on the phone to their customer service department, so I am not going to call them again and get the same response!!

Horrible experience at this store. Joe the women at checkouts is just damn right rude and avoided many customers and myself when there was red lights everywhere, Furthermore she even had the cheek to say go ask somebody else when I asked her where something was. Will not be returning to this store
