Im a local,me and my partner live around the cornor,my partner was discussed by the way this little old lady served both of us,so much so the couple behind was shocked,so she dismissed me,and served my partner, (I might be dark,but come on I'm born from Maidenhead,my partner is from Essex,I wont be comming into your shop again,I will go into town.

This has been our local shop for over 10 years. We have watched a steady decline over recent years. Many of the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful but most act as if you, as the customer, are in their way. This is particularly true of the newer staff. There are always staff rushing about to stock shelves, blocking shoppers and knocking into people but the shelves never seem to be stocked. The managers ignore customers right in front of them to chat on headsets while begrudgingly working on the tills.
Also, With this being the main shopping point on Cold Bath Road it is disappointing to see that this shop doesn?t have the upgrades in appearance, stock and variety other Sainsbury?s locals have. As local independents start closing we will all have to relying on chains more. Sainsbury?s needs to do better.

Great shop with kind and helpful staff. Open early and late! So convenient! While small, it has all the basics plus!!

A handful of new staff in the evening who Apparently don't even have a grasp of basic English, let alone any kind of customer service training. Not even a thanks at the end of the transaction. If these are your new standards, I will now take my REGULAR custom elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting.

Overpriced and no selection/ never enough on shelves and aisles are awkwardly narrow. I once saw a member of staff tackle a homeless man, not fun.

mixed opinions. staff are great and clean store. but fruit and flowers are often not in great condition and variety of products isn?t great. but to say it?s 30 seconds round the corner can?t complain too much!

Consistently poor offering both in variety and quality of produce. Customer service quite dreadful. Many shelves often empty in places, particularly of fresh vegetables. The worst Sainsburys that I have ever visited.
