Went in to the shop to make a QR code return. Older male behind the counter did 2 quick fire scans and rudely said it wasn?t working, making comments about screen brightness. Continued to be rude, making comments under his breath repeatedly and when I complained about his customer service he asked me to leave throwing his arms in there. Will not return. Embarrassing service

Very helpful staff, Chris and Martin went the extra mile, to help with a technical issue caused by UPS sending me a label that was difficult to print. After alot of deliberation we found a solution

I contacted James this morning as I had some urgent documents which needed printing quickly for an important meeting today. James talked me through the process and contacted me to say the documents hadn't been received. It was my fault as I had put a typo in the email address. The documents were ready for collection in under an hour. Fantastic service from James and his Team who bailed me out of what could have been a very embarrassing situation.

On entering Ryman?s Stationers with my visually impaired wife Susan we were hunting for black felt tip pens, which are essential for all her written work. Other pens have become unavailable and we were losing hope that pens could be found for her special needs. Fortunately Rymans has in its employment Martin who made it his challenge to find Susan the perfect pen. He spent ages looking and she experimented with sample writings with the pens he produced, until Martin found the Perfect Pen. We really appreciated his hard work and Susan will write again.

Went in to try and get a clear plastic envelope for storing important documents and was "assisted" (in the loosest possible sense of the word) by a manager who appeared to be in his late 40s. He was extremely rude and condescending, so naturally I didn't buy anything there.
You would hope that my experience was a one off, but I notice on the reviews that another customer got similar treatment here recently.
I'm sure there are polite staff in there, I just didn't find any on my visit. The items I looked at cost exactly the same at WHSmith and Jespers (the other stationery stores nearby), so save yourself the aggro and go there instead.
If you need DHL, then you'll have to go there as (at time of review) it's the only place in Harrogate town centre that does them.

I visited your shop in Harrogate yesterday with my daughter to collect a DHL parcel. The gentleman working there was very rude, making comments under his breath directed at me. My daughter told him to stop being rude and he walked off. The young girl serving me was very helpful and got the parcel. I cannot believe how bad his customer service was.

Brilliant service
Walked through the door to be greeted by two very pleasant gentleman today.
Our office delivery was missing bits and these lads went out their way to gather everything I needed and point me in the right direction for what I needed to get my day running well.
10/10 from me, genuinely happy and will be walking back through the door to be looked after again.
