Rigby & Peller, Harrogate (visited 16/08/25). I have always preferred to visit Rigby & Peller Harrogate and continue to return because of the excellent customer service. The staff truly take their time to look after you, provide a personalised service, and ensure you get real value for your money. It?s rare to find this level of care nowadays, when so many shops seem more focused on chasing sales. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality products and genuine service.

Excellent service today. I felt like the lovely lady who measured me was genuinely kind and made me see how good the right fitting bra was. I went in feel old and frumpy and left with a spring in my step. Thank you

Since having children I?ve never bothered to get a proper fitting, in fact it would have been my worst nightmare! Caroline in the Harrogate store today was exceptional. Picked out a number of lovely things and it wasn?t awkward or embarrassing as I thought it would be. Came away with bags of goodies and thoroughly enjoyed my morning . Thank you

Such a gorgeous shop! So excited to find somewhere that has such beautiful items but can cater to so many different shapes and sizes. Claudine was so kind and helpful as soon as I walked in. Such accommodating staff who make you feel so at ease! Will need to book an appointment and come back properly as the try on experience sounds incredible.

We came into the shop with only half an hour before closing. Donna was so welcoming, she offered my husband and I a drink and me also a bra fitting. Donna knew what size I was straight away from looking at me and fitted me very quickly into some very beautiful and comfortable bras. I feel so much more confident now, thank you Donna ?
