I called 100 times and they refuse to answer, food never arrived… Awaiting refund for 24 hours now what a waste of time, feels scammy don’t bother ordering or be prepared to be disappointed

Food ordered with an eta of 19:45, 21:00 and still no food- have been trying to get touch via phone for the last 45 minutes and it would seem there is no one there to even answer the phone. Why accept orders if you are unable to deliver on what you have taken payment for?

Twice I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut, twice they have forgotten things or sent the wrong sides or deserts, with only an oops sorry when I call them, won’t send what is missing out to me only offering “free stuff next time” not entirely sure I’d get that stuff if I did.
