Bought a bracelet for my daughter?s birthday which she wore a hand full of times, that has now gone black within 3 months.
Took it into store and was told they would exchange it but were out of stock, so we were asked to return the following weekend.
When we came back they refused to exchange it and offered to wipe it with a cloth instead! Disgraceful customer service. Will not be buying anything from here again. Absolutely useless!!

Excellent service at Pandora Harrogate today by Belle. I especially wanted a charm to celebrate change and progression. She selected a number of charms which were suitable and explained each one to me. She took the time to really listen to me and I was delighted to find the perfect charm. Friendly helpful service with no pressure. Perfect shopping experience. Thank you.

Thought it was only right to give a 5 star review to the great ladies that helped get my daughter?s 18th birthday necklace and ring today. My daughter has a rare condition called mitochondrial disease and the ladies picked up on it straight away and made her experience fantastic. Thank you again for all your help and you?ve made Ruby very happy on her special day ???

Called in Harrogate today, the shop was very busy but it did not stop the staff from being excellent. The manager of this shop is an asset to the company. I couldn?t recommend enough.

Called in today to buy some ear rings for my daughters 16th birthday, it was the opening day of their new, bigger store. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was served by two lovely young ladies who worked with my budget and gave really great feedback and advice. Arguably the best customer service I've experienced in any store. I have 2 daughters so I will DEFINITELY be back in the future. The ear rings were lovely, as was the presentation wrapping and the price was a bargain.
Can't recommend highly enough and hats off to Pandora for hiring awesome staff.

Visited the Harrogate store today with my Mum to choose a bracelet for her 80th Birthday. The staff were amazing. Leia in particular was so patient and lovely in helping my mum choose a bracelet and charms. We were probably there at least an hour trying many different charms. Thank you so much Leia for making it a really nice experience for my Mum. She?s so happy with her charm bracelet.
