“I want to call out specifically the service from Arran as it was one of the best customer experiences I have received. Super knowledgeable, friendly and keen to give advice. Arran resolved a problem I'd had purchasing a backpack from another store which turned out was too big and gave me advice on alternatives. I swapped it for another one and the backpack itself is really well designed and great quality for the price. I left the store very happy and confident for my trip.
