The older lady who works behind the counter has to be one of the rudest people I?ve ever had to encounter. She?s absolutely in the wrong job being anywhere near customers. I walked in and as soon as she saw that I had an Evri parcel she huffed in front of my face. She saw her colleague had the scanner and said he?ll be a while she can?t help me. I said I had walked about 15 minutes to get here, is it worth waiting or will he be that long I need to leave. She said he?ll be at least 10 minutes. He was done in about 2 and she could have easily asked him to borrow it for a couple of seconds. I had a newborn baby with me. I?ll avoid this shop in future

Has to be one of the rudest shops in Harrogate. Not all but some of the staff, including the manager make you feel as though it is a massive effort to help and serve you.

Had to return some packages to Amzon but didn't really know what to do the staff were amazing, two guys couldn't do enough to help. Great little store with wonderful staff.

It's a convenience shop. Expensive for most things, and fairly small, but handy for odds and ends when you're in a rush or don't want to go to the supermarkets.
