First visit here in over 20 years. No recliners in screen 2 but they do have premium seats which are comfortable enough. Friendly staff.

Better than expect. Surprisingly much better. Not been to the cinema for years, probably decades so it was exciting and daunting to be back.Thankfully things are much improved. Better seats, less annoying other customers, specific reserved seats, and we got in a quiet one. Even the odd cry from a baby didn't ruin it for me.The booster seats could be comfier. Solid plastic isn't very comfy to sit on for a whole film. Will try and remmeber to bring my own cushion/booster next time. Some seats had some wear but I imagine costly to replace.Food in the foyer is expensive - but isn't it at every cinema! I'd suggest bringing your own like a lot of people did in ours but try and pick less noisy wrapping!Location is just out of the town centre but within easy walking distance from the train and bus stations. There's a council pay and display car park right outside the cinema which will cost you a few quid for the length of a film.Staff were cheerful and helpful and can't fault them.

We went to your cinema tonight in Harrogate to watch the new Oppenheimer movie. We literally watched 10 minutes of it and left, as we were completely and utterly disappointed with the quality of the cinema.Firstly the seats were tiny and I had hardly any space at 6ft3, I couldn?t relax and I couldn?t believe how small they are compared to your Luxe cinemas and others like Vue we have been to many times before.Secondly, and the main issue was the tiny screen and the sound. It was such a small screen and we were in screen 1, advertised as one of the larger ones - it was so small we were sat mid to back and could barely see the screen properly. We also could hardly hear it, part of the cinema experience is the brilliant image and mind blowing audio and I have to say having been to your Luxe cinemas, Everyman and Vue it was completely poor, and so much we left because it was awful.I wouldn?t ever leave the cinema, have never done that - but such a brilliant film was totally ruined by the lack of investment your Harrogate cinema has not clearly had for years, and as a regular cinema customer - I am really disappointed. We paid for the tickets and paid £22 for popcorn, drinks and sweets and really wanted a nice evening to see a film with you we have been waiting to see for ages, but honestly it was so terrible I couldn?t begin to explain how shocked we both were. You need to either invest in your cinema so it is up the standard of others or slash your prices to half what you expect people to pay - I have a 55?? TV at home, and have a better experience watching Eastenders in my front room with audio and visual.

Plenty of character and a dose of nostalgia. The building was built in the 1930's and is a great example of modernist architecture. The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem to like working there. There's a reasonable selection of food and drinks, typical of a cinema.

We saw the latest Indiana Jones film here. The film was very enjoyable, with decent picture quality and surround sound as you'd expect. It is an ageing cinema and the seats felt uncomfortably hard part way through. However, at just £6 a head it's difficult to complain about anything.

For the love of God, CLEAN the screens!! They're so dusty! Every time there is a scene with clear skies, all you can see is dust. It's never ever a clear image. I've been watching many films on screen 2 and so far, it haS always been like this. Never experienced it at any other cinemas. WIPE.YOUR.SCREEN.

Pretty fun place. Good screens. I wish they turned off all the little lights when watching the movie tho.

Has not changed in 10 years. It's quite dated and small now. They could upgrade the chairs like some of the other Odeons. I think this is one of the poorer cinemas in the Odeon chain and would prefer Everyman now. Prices are super high, so might as well go somewhere that's more modern.

We watched a film on Screen 5. Seats were rather dirty. Surprising, as we waited in the lobby while the hall was being cleaned after the previous show. Otherwise, a lovely experience.

Small local cinema - I was in the smallest screen which was only slightly bigger than an 85" TV. Picture didn't even fill the whole screen which felt like a waste. Sound system wasn't great. However, staff in reception are lovely and the location means it's convenient.

As a odeon member I normally visit the springs in Colton yes it?s a new cinema,Haven?t been to the odeon in harrogate since I was 16 and was sure it had never had a revamp I can confirm it has probs had half of one it is not very nice I won?t be returning I will stick to Colton springs odeon for it?s 10/10 beautiful cinema and service.Tiny screenFelt like the seats were maybe from a cinema that had used them for years then given them away on a revamp and this cinemas taken them second hand, it gives me the vibes of been sat on a bus.
