Nice bar and restaurant. Views over course are lovely. The food is excellent. Good venue for a celebration.The staff are very helpful and welcoming

Relatively hilly course, were you know the ball is nearly always going to go down the incline! Rather relatively slow greens, certainly a challenge and not for the faint hearted!

Loved playing golf here. One of my best games of golf for a long time. Excellent club house and facilities including the visitors locker rooms with showers and towels provided. The course was in very good condition. Tees where nice and level, fairways just the right length of grass to give you a good lie. Greens were fast and smooth (no bouncing to the hole) very spacious clubhouse with great service by the staff. I'm sure you will enjoy this golf club ?

Talk about hidden gems that don't get enough recognition and Oakdale is most certainly one of them. Designed by Alister MacKenzie who was also responsible for August, Ganton and Cypress Point - to name but a few of the famous designs. Oakdale is attractive because it lulls you into believing its straightforward. Once you find the greens, rest assured that you will be challenged. But the course is not the only emerald. Please don't leave before sampling the menus. All in all Oakdale provided a great setting and a tasty finish on and off the course which will make you return. Enjoy the experience.

A great golf club tooked away that you would never realise it was there. With a beck running through the bottom of the valley the course is smart, well maintained and of a premium style.
