Went in to buy a SIM only contract and port my existing number from EE (work contract). Served by Ishmael who was helpful and on his game. Everything was done inside 15 minutes. Number ported without any issues this morning. Got a good deal because I?m a Virgin Media broadband customer and whole switch achieved in under 24 hours with no downtime. Faultless performance - well done O2 Harrogate.

Useless, not interested in helping me with phone sim, just wanted me to switch my broadband to them, which was £1 month less than my current provider.
No mention that it would more than double after 25 months .

I visited this store today with a friend of mine who has Parkinson?s disease.
Ky was so so patient, very respectful and very helpful to ensure my friend got what he needed.

I visited O2 today with a problem with my. Phone,the young gentleman was very unhelpful, I am not technical minded at all I needed help , he basically said he couldn't help me

This is the second time I have been in and had the pleasure of dealing with Kai, the Manager. On both occasions he has gone the extra mile to solve my issues. Great customer service recieved & I would recommend.

Understaffed, unapologetic, selling expired products, sim cards x4 didn't work
Last month -Waited 45mins to get served. Then sold two expired sim cards, that transfered my bf number but didn't transfer data, so no phone for a week
Took them back to shop, no apology, no compensation. They wanted proof we bought them.
Update - The news one he gave us don't work either
Waste of money and time, we tried the new ones.. and three weeks later still not working
I'm sympathetic to the shop workers now, because o2 seem really rubbish to buy from nevermore work for.

Recieved an email to say phone ready to collect on a set date. Went the day after and was told I had to wait for a text message. No where did it say on my email I had to wait for a text message. Went back a week later after receiving text message and collected phone. Man in store then told me they are having technical issues and a number of peope had done the same thing and come in without text message. Still getting emails now saying I need to collect my phone. Nobody answers the landlines phone even when you call first thing. Called o2 number on email as well to be told they can't change the status to phone collected store has to do it. Low stars due to lack of communication

Shop not open. I went 9am and waited until 9.40. Gave up.
Went back at 11 am. Still closed. Shocking.
I need urgent help with my phone.

What a joke this network has been in Harrogate the last week still shocking no signal at all in the heart of Harrogate will be cancelling early to get off this shocking network!!!

Avoid this store ! Truly awful customer service ,poor communication ,waste of customer?s time and no positive outcome .If I could give this store zero stars I would .
My daughter turned 18 recently is now working and wishes to have a phone in her name and was wanting to look at possible contract options .
She went three times to the O2 store in Harrogate .A complete waste of her time .
The first visit she was told the computer system was down and to come back .
The second time again a problem and her application couldn?t be processed .
The third time she was told she wasn?t eligible for a contract with O2 despite being in full time work with a healthy bank balance ,a credit card ,a high credit score and no loans ,no debt or any financial issues .She was told the system ?said no ?and to come back in 30 days .No rational or reasonable explanation was given as to why she wasn?t able to purchase a contract with O2 which was totally unacceptable .
An unsatisfactory ,degrading and waste of time experience.
The manager was uncaring and disrespectful .Extremely poor customer service .
We also then rang O2 and after a long wait and talking to 4 different advisors are still no nearer understanding what the issue was .
O2 needs to do better !
As a family we will be leaving O2.
