I would like to thank the chap that helped me today with a problem I had on my husbands phone. My husband has covid and we were unable to receive calls from the nhs so he could get the anti viral as he is immune compromised. The person on the phone tried everything to resolve the situation and he finally came upWith what the problem was and talked me through it. Thank you so much ?

I've been a loyal customer of O2 for a considerable time, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied.I initiated a request to change my phone number, expecting a smooth transition. However, what followed was a series of ongoing issues with outgoing calls that persisted even after receiving confirmation of the number change. This left me unable to utilize the service as intended.Despite multiple visits to the nearest O2 store, numerous explanations to their staff , and a significant investment of time and money, the problem remained unresolved for over three weeks.To add to the frustration, when I sought assistance regarding termination fees for a service that failed to meet its promises, the response was disheartening. O2 insisted on a termination fee of £38 and required payment for the remaining bill for my number, despite the service not being up to par.This lack of acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused and the insistence on fees for a service that wasn't delivered has led me to contemplate legal action. It's unfortunate that a service provider fails to value customer time, money, and effort, leaving them with no choice but to seek alternative resolutions.I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and the lack of resolution. As someone who values fairness and customer satisfaction, I'm compelled to share my experience to alert others. I advise caution to anyone considering O2 services, as my recent encounters have been far from satisfactory.

Absolutely terrible, some of the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced.No of the staff working there seem to know what?s going on, they always seem to have an attitude when trying to answer your query.I really don't know why there is a phone number for the store, it?s never picked up and answered. So there you go, around it?s an absolutely shocking store and experience.Go into Leeds instead.

Everything was good but I hate when the customer service treats you as if you are an idiot and that the questions you are asking are very simple and you should?ve known it by yourself.I am nit sure is this was a one time issue or this is the system there. Will see and will update if anymore happens.

Avoid ! They were incapable of verifying who i was, even though i brought in many forms of photo ID.Taking a simple card payment was also challenging.They did a great job of loosing a 10 year + customer ?Went straight to another mobile shop and didn't have any of the same issues there ?

My elderly neighbour went in to O2 yesterday for help...With His emergency mobile phone... Every time he turned it on was swallowing money.. From £40 to £3.70 in a week.I checked it.. The Internet was off.. and data roaming was off also.He went in and waited.. and waited... Three member's of staff... One serving and the other two were talking to each other...Not great.Long story short.. EE now has a new loyal customer..

The worst service in the whole city.After the third attempt to resolve the issue regarding my sim card and the rude conversation with manager Tito, I just turned around and went to Vodafone. O2 lost me as a customer. I believe that you need to be more client-oriented and help when your customers need it and don't show who is the big boss of your shop. Good luck!

Just visited the shop today (28th of January 2023) with my partner, and had an extremely poor experience.We were greeted initially by a friendly customer service rep who stated that it was best to join a digital queue in order to speak to the manager. He said he was unable to help us as he was new to the role, but the manager would help at our appointment.So we joined the digital queue and came back to the shop when it was our slot. The manager did not listen to us and what we enquiring about. He then asked where we worked, which was rather uncomfortable as we hadn't even looked at deals and were nowhere near the end of a sale. He then decided at that point to hand us over to another person who was just as rude and spouted complete nonsense. Neither them nor the manager were listening to us and were merely just trying to upsell us. We were enquiring about sim only contracts and potentially purchasing a new phone, and they kept going on about our home Internet provider. We corrected them on this, but they kept bringing it up despite us not wanting to look into this.They both had a habit of speaking to us as if we were inept and made us feel as if we were dealing with the stereotypical sleazy salesman. Their arrogance was second to none, which is bizarre given that you are meant to be helpful in a customer service role.The experience left us with a really uneasy feeling. Can't say I would recommend going here.

Went in to get a new contract. Was very swift and efficient - very glad to have made the move
