I recently visited this Morrison?s store and was really impressed with how spacious and well laid out it is. One of the things that stood out most was how easy it was to get around with a pram the aisles are wide, clear, and thoughtfully arranged, making the whole shopping trip much less stressful when you have children with you.
There?s plenty of room to move without feeling cramped, which is a real bonus compared to some supermarkets where navigating with a buggy can feel like an obstacle course. The store itself is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, with everything laid out logically. The Store Manager and staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
Overall, this Morrison?s is a great option for families, especially those shopping with babies or young children. It takes the hassle out of what can sometimes be a tricky task, and that alone makes it worth recommending.

I called the store number of occasions and I tried to explain the issue I experienced, he decided to the call everytime.

The new owner who have just taken over this local shop as no customer service , he is rude and does not talk give eye contact nor does he say thankyou ! I definitely won?t be using this anymore! Even all the nice girls who worked there that used to serve have left because of him ! He as a problem with white girls and he as banned me from the shop for no reason! I asked his name and he said he was called Keith ! Not a nice person and the way you treat loyal customers is appalling! Not only that he as done me a favour as the prices now are extortionate

Avoid avoid avoid! My husband was trying to send a parcel with them. The lady took it in on Monday, saying she?s too busy to scan it and the courier has already left so she will scan it later that day and it will be collected the day after. When asked about the postage confirmation, she said there?s nothing she can hand in, as it?s all automated. Two days of waiting and my husband went there again to check why the parcel status suggests it has not been delivered to the parcel shop, and he was told it was handed to the courier but most likely yodel didn?t scan it. After contacting yodel customer service we had to go back to the shop and collect the parcel. When in shop however, we were told it?s not there, as it has been sent, despite we could point the parcel on a big pile of items. Utterly unprofessional and such a waste of time.

Rude and unhelpful staff ignoring customers, and then when you try and get their attention by saying hello, the guy just looked at me and says ?yeah?? like I was causing a huge inconvenience to him. He said he can?t take my parcel. I asked why, he says its full (this is before 9am) and said I should take it up with head office and they will just tell me the same thing anyway. Just look at the other reviews of this shop. I won?t be back and won?t be doing any more shopping here.

New manager has trashed the store in last three months, and all but one of the staff have left. He is telling staff and customers he fired them for theft. Liar

Rude and unhelpful staff. Tonight 4 staff stood around idle, with zero customers in shop, but apparently 'too busy' to assist. Always mentally draining whenever I have the displeasure to visit

The stars are mostly for the older gentleman who works there. Excellent customer service. Always very polite, serving with a smile and always helpful. You don't meet people like that often those days. Definatly deserves some recognition there.
