I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Martin & Co. Harrogate. From the very initial viewing Joseph was extremely professional & organised. The application form was sent prior to the viewing as he was out of the office for a few hours & made everything readily available to us and easy to understand. I?d been to upwards of 40 viewings at the point of dealing with Martin & Co. The viewing and process with them, was the first time I actually enjoyed dealing with a letting agent and was made to feel like an individual. We were kept up to date during the whole process and the company is incredibly competent. Everything you need to know is available, email response times were very quick. The inventory of the property you are moving into is airtight and it?s clear they work very methodically for the benefit of all parties. If anyone is looking for an agent to advertise their property or a tenant is looking for their next home, this company should be high on your list. Another mention for Joseph though as it?s always a pleasure to deal with someone who is clearly very competent, professional and enjoys what they do. Thank you for everything.

Prompt and friendly interactions with the whole team; a fantastic maintenence portal and Louise/Shelly are brilliant. Joseph did our initial viewing, with cracking interactions, response and timely updates.
Contractors are polite, respectful and show a genuine nature to the landlords and ourselves.
So far so good - thanks so much all, would highly recommend as prospective tenant or landlord.

Brilliant experience as a buyer of a property. Joseph was incredibly attentive, polite, responded to emails without delay and frequently sought updates from the solicitors to keep the process running smoothly. Cannot fault them and would almost certainly choose them myself them when it is time to sell!

Me and my partner have had a wonderful experience renting through Martin and Co. Harrogate. Joseph is the friendliest letting agent that we?ve ever met, he kept us updated and in the loop through the whole application process and was always quick to reply when we had any questions. We?ve also been very happy with how attentive and efficient Shelly and Louise have been when we?ve had minor issues or needed to contact our landlord. Overall we?ve been very impressed by the quality of service from team at Martin and Co, we couldn?t recommend them enough!
