Dee is a very nice and helpful person tries to do a lot to help everyone out showing us lots of options and telling us what she thinks will be best also giving lots of help with smells since not very sure with how everything smells

My experience in Lush Harrogate this afternoon was fantastic! All the staff were lovely but Dee in particular was amazing. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home in the shop. Dee made sure I was helped with any questions I had and treated my hands to lots of testers. I look forwards to trying the tester she sent me away with. She was a joy to meet today and I will be back in again soon! Thank you!

We booked my daughter's 9th birthday at Lush in Harrogate and I couldn't recommend them enough. We had to reschedule it due to weather and they were great about it and on the day of the party, all staff were really friendly. Beth who led the party was amazing with all the children and there were so many activities in the hour and a half. I really liked how they have the upstairs part to do the parties and there were only a few customers that came upstairs to look at their products so it felt like our own space. We had 8 children and we felt we had more than enough room. Thank you for making it such a fabulous party!

Worst customer experience ever. Firstly, I asked staff for a product they said they didn't have because they didn't know it existed until they were corrected by another member of staff, then I was waiting to pay at one and another customer cut in front of me and the staff served her first (another staff member witnessed this and then came to serve me, but no apology). Then they put the products through wrong and tried to charge me £14 for £8.50s worth of product. They would have taken the money had I not corrected them... worst service ever.

I came in a few days ago, first time ever in lush Harrogate . I thought it was big from the outside but as going into the store absolute terrible service with staff including the manager and supervisor bombarded with questions on how are you today and do I need anything which is good to have good customer service but to keep harassing the customer is absolutely ridiculous especially coming from the manager I struggle with anxiety and to feel like I need to leave the shop is a joke . They must have some type of problem with ethnic people to be following them upstairs is disgraceful aswell . Need to fix their skills because I won?t be shopping in here again definitely sticking to Leeds store from now on.

Had the most magical experience at Lush Harrogate for my daughter Violet's 7th birthday party! The staff went above and beyond to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for all the kids. They patiently guided the children through making their own bath bombs and face masks, keeping them completely entertained throughout.
The party had the perfect balance of fun and learning - the children loved getting hands-on with the natural ingredients and taking home their own handmade creations. The staff were exceptional with the kids, explaining everything at their level and making sure everyone felt included.
The store was spotlessly clean and well-organized for the party. It's such a unique party idea that the kids are still talking about! Extra bonus that everything was eco-friendly and natural.
Fantastic value for a truly memorable birthday experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for something different for their child's party. Thank you to the wonderful Lush Harrogate team!

This review was provided as part of the Friends of Lush program. It is always such a pleasure when I visit Lush Harrogate, the staff are always so friendly and never complain when I bring in all of my empty pots! I?m a wheelchair user so unable to visit all of the store but all members of staff are always happy to run upstairs for me. I hope one day they can expand their store, I?d love to see a Lush Spa open there, after all Harrogate is a spa town!

My daughter loved every minute of her 8th party at LUSH and says it was the best birthday ever :-) From start to finish the team made it easy and we loved that we could customise the products and experience. Holly was a fantastic party host - she ensured that the party ran smoothly and everyone was relaxed and having fun the whole time. It was so much more than the bath bomb making i was expecting - the girls all loved the games (especially pass the bubble!) and were delighted by the products and samples they went home with. In fact, they all loved it so much that one of the party guests has already asked that she has her party booked in here too! Highly recommended!
