This bank pretends to be a global investment organisation. It hacks into other banks and raises false flags to steal processes at the corporate level and your account functions. It distributes false information about customers. If the staff lean on windows they actually dry after ten minutes and can't easily be removed due to the special substance oozing from their skins. Having let you observe all this behaviour, they pretend you can't close your account for any reason even though they interrupt your fiduciary with other banks.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with the customer service provided by your coworkers at Lloyds Bank in Harrogate. Specifically, I would like to highlight both positive and negative encounters.
During my visit to open a new bank account, I initially interacted with Raluca Coicilteu. Unfortunately, her approach was quite disappointing. She used extremely rude and disrespectful language towards us, which left a negative impression. Despite her unhelpful demeanor, I remained calm and accepted her response when she mentioned that she couldn't assist me.
However, the situation took a turn for the better when I encountered Helen Hutchison. Helen was a breath of fresh air. She was not only friendly but also extremely polite and helpful throughout our conversation. Her exceptional approach and assistance made a significant difference, and we greatly appreciate her honesty and dedication to her job.
I would like to address the issue with Raluca Coicilteu directly. It is important for customer service representatives to understand the significance of respecting customers. If she is unaware of proper customer service etiquette, it is crucial for her to be trained and guided in order to improve her interactions.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope that we can all focus on our jobs to improve the services we provide to our valued customers.

12 years with Lloyds its not a very in touch bank everything is very dated including there way of treating customers gone down hill very quickly ands customer service is more the the elderly than modern companies taking online payments

I have had a current account with this bank for 44 years. I have very little to complain about, far less than the other 8 banks I have had accounts with.

Avoid - H'gate branch, consistently very unhelpful, patronising & obstructive. Wetherby is very efficient & helpful!
