Really rude and arrogant staff! I asked if they stocked something and the male staff member just laughed at me and send they hadn?t stocked them for years then just walked off! I walked out in disgust and then when my sister tried to pay for her items the female staff member just ignored her at the till and she had to pick her items up and move to another till to pay! You are in Harrogate people not Mayfair!!! Learn some manners!

Lakeland brand is very reliable and the staff are always helpful. We visited the store in Harrogate today (not our local branch) and Kim was especially helpful and knowledgeable about air fryers. Excellent customer service.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER CARE?on entering the Harrogate store I asked the greeter where sweeping brushes were?simple enough direct question?she directed me upstairs and I explained I couldn?t do stairs as I have a disability?simple enough response?to my horror she laughed?not at any other point in our interaction?there and then?at that very point?a big hearty, laugh out loud belly laugh?was I SHOCKED?I was horrified I felt belittled, I felt humiliated, I felt embarrassed, I felt stupid, l felt inferior?being disabled isn?t funny and as we live in a society where mental health and being sensitive to people?s feelings is front and centre?and remember this was a store staff member?so I explained what my disability was?in hopes doing so would resonate with her?NOPE?no sorry or display of remorse ? any way at least customers service doubled down and excused/believed the store staff members version?because oh yes she wouldn?t possibly lie ? no possible need for her to deny her commentary/attitude ? and what was the outcome you ask?.clearly l?m deluded and GOT IT ALL WRONG?? word to the wise, if you go in Lakeland and are disabled don?t mind if the staff find your disability funny ? ? ?

Wanted a microwave saucepan which you sold. Handle is too long to allow a turntable to revolve. The assistant agreed with me! Got an alternative which I'm happy with. Good service as usual though. Thought I'd let you know.

Called in at your Chester store (Northgate Street),to view the dual air fryer,Shell the staff member was very helpful,she went the extra mile and demonstrated this and the standard remoska for us.

Good range of products. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The store is on 3 floors with a lift to access all floors. Sanitizer Station on entry. Have shopped with Lakeland for many years and have never been disappointed.
