I had pre ordered tyres and arrived early Saturday morning as suggested but it seemed to take longer than previously 2 hours 10 mins. Staff were excellent and friendly but when I arrived home my hands were filthy from them not wiping down the steering wheel and gearshift. Other than that they were competitive on pricing but I feel they could have done the job quicker if they didn't done a full report on the existing tyres as I had booked for all 4 tyres to be replaced so this to me was a pointed exercise. I would still use them again in the future.

When visiting Harrogate on a Sunday my car started making a horrible noise and sounded unsafe to drive. We made it to Kwik Fit and spoke with their mechanics who could not have been nicer. They kept my car to check it out, found the issue and fixed it within a couple of hours so we could be on our way home. The mechanic was Alan (I think!) and he was absolutely superb - we were so grateful, he really saved the day. Thank you!

Really helpful - took car in on spec after work as getting an error message on the dash, for issue with pressure in one of the tyres. They were able to look at the car within about 30 mins which was great. On return they advised they couldn't find any issue with the tyre, but had cleared the diagnostic message from dash and topped up the pressures- didn't even charge which was really kind. I was worried about taking it into the dealership as they usually have the car all day and charge through the nose. Very knowledgeable staff and happy to give advice, will continue to use for any emergencies!

Went there for a battery test last week. Found out the battery was good condition.
Warning The next morning I noticed my driver's mat had two large sticks of oil/grease marks on my mat. I did not notice at the workshop as it had been raining. So the mat was damp.

I was a long way from home and my usual garage, and was worried about my car. I phoned Harrogate Kwik Fit to check a tyre I knew I needed changing. When I explained about the car pulling to the right, Alan suggested aligning the wheels. On checking the car for me, they found one pothole damaged tyre and two @ 3 mm. They only had one tyre in but fitted me in the next day AND changed my appointment to a later slot when I needed to change it. It took a couple of hours, but they were busy, fitted me in, and two days later, driving 200 miles home, my car felt great: secure and safe. It was money very well spent. Thank you very much to all who helped me.

Nabeel was excellent! I thought I needed just a new tyre but when I found out I needed a new wheel, too, he suggested a business nearby that was able to get me sorted with a used wheel that came with a tyre. I came back to see Nabeel when another tyre had a slow leak. His staff wasn't able to find it but resealed it and replaced the valve and didn't charge me anything. I was shocked! I didn't catch his name, but there was a super helpful employee with blonde hair that did most of the work on my tyre. He was polite and knowledgable.
