It?s largely a challenge using this surgery. The online booking system is Byzantine and not properly implemented. When you request a triage you?re sent a booking link, only for it to say that there are no times available. If you ring to fix it, they promise to call you and then don?t. Massively oversubscribed.

They need to inform new patients about the private car park on their website, at reception and as a poster in their lobby. Something saying new patients must sign in, if you do not have an appointment don?t park for longer than 5 minutes or you will be fined £100 and there are no appeals as it?s a private car park.
It needs to be signposted properly. As a new patient I was caught out because as a new patient I stayed for more than 5 minutes and didn?t sign in. They didn?t tell me at reception. They wouldn?t appeal and the lady just said it was my own fault because it?s signposted enough.

Have been looked after really well by Dr. McGeever. Also had a physio appointment with Anastasia Warne who was very professional, helpful and friendly.

I've been with Kingswood for many years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. A great team of doctors who you can talk to without feeling under pressure.

AVOID!!!! I parked in patient carpark and they fined me £100!!!
There is cctv footage of me in the doctors asking for HELP with the online form (the only way to register now).
When requesting to have the fine depleted, the surgery worker said it was impossible because I did not have an appointment.
Terrible first impression.
£100 is so much money now. It's disgusting. She even said 'there's so many signs' and all the signs state doctor and patient parking only. ? what have I done wrong to receive this fine? It makes me sick ?

I've not been provided with the medication I've ordered twice now. One occasion resulting in being hospitalised. The staff are extremely pleasant and I really like my GP but the surgery overall seems poorly organised. I would not recommend it to new patients and I have registered with another practice in Harrogate.

Having seen a review from 2 years ago, the GP surgery clearly doesn't act on feedback! My grandma died a week ago and they still haven't issued the death certificate - absolutely disgusting - is it not bad enough to have your relative die, without the surgery prolonging the registration? It is a LEGAL requirement that this is done with 5 days - we're still waiting. We have chased everyday - all we get is 'oh, sorry, I'll look into this for you and give you a call back'- we never get a call and then the next day we're told nothing has been done. Shame on you.

I understand we have had a huge pandemic but the surgery has seriously gone down hill, my daughters medication has been messed up, yes its only to help her sleep which I'm thankful its not a life emergency medication. I emailed bloods that I needed doing 2 weeks later if not more I had to ring them to see what was happening and find out it hadn't been passed onto the doctors, I then book an appointment to have the bloods done, turn up to my appointment to be told the blood forms had not been printed off, i get 1 day off a week so only today I can get my bloods done which is now going to be at the hospital. A patient should not have to chase everything up for things to get done, i have lost all confidence with the surgery and looking at moving once I have my blood test results.

Drs McKeever, Armstrong, Ems and all the others have been fabulous for me and my family for years. The reception staff are great too. The nurses who take blood are exceptional at what they do. What an asset to the medical community and to Harrogate. With immense gratitude.

Truly dreadful. My mum was a sudden death at home, over a weekend, and the last GP to see her was away the following week, but her own regular GP who knew her well was working. However we were made to wait 13, yes Thirteen whole days, before got a death certificate therefore we could register mum's death. You are LEGALLY bound to register a death in 5 days, it appears unless the GP is on holiday. Her funeral was nearly a month after her death. If I could give no stars I would.
