It’s largely a challenge using this surgery. The online booking system is Byzantine and not properly implemented. When you request a triage you’re sent a booking link, only for it to say that there are no times available. If you ring to fix it, they promise to call you and then don’t. Massively oversubscribed.

They need to inform new patients about the private car park on their website, at reception and as a poster in their lobby. Something saying new patients must sign in, if you do not have an appointment don’t park for longer than 5 minutes or you will be fined £100 and there are no appeals as it’s a private car park. Have been looked after really well by Dr. McGeever. Also had a physio appointment with Anastasia Warne who was very professional, helpful and friendly.
