Absolutely horrendous experience and had to pay £90 for the privelige. Unfortunately, I didn't see the most recent reviews. Take heed.
It took 2 weeks for my order to turn up and not before I had to spend hours chasing it up.
I spoke to their customer service and it was one of the worst interactions I've ever experienced. The lady (Sue) could not care less that my order had not turned up. Completely unapologetic. When I was trying to explain the circumstances, she kept interrupting on several occasions. After saying that she would refer the matter to her team leader, she did nothing of the sort and I had no further contact from Jones.
IT GETS WORSE. After ordering a size 12 (clearly evident on receipt), I received a size 11.5 (NOT THE SAME). The quality of the product is garbage and the box damaged. I'm not even convinced that it's an authentic product.
After explaining to the rude customer service lady that I needed the order for an upcoming wedding, I am going to have to use the product as there isn't time to replace. I'm not convinced I would receive a refund if I returned the item and I cannot go through the stress of interacting with Jones again.
Why is this service deemed acceptable? Especially in the current climate. So, so, disappointing. When you pay a lot of money for a product, the least you should expect is that it is delivered, as advertised, in a timely manner. NEVER AGAIN.

Placed an order for a shoe and instantly got refunded as it was out of stock. A few days later, it was back in stock so I placed an order & got refunded a second time ! That?s TWO CANCELLED ORDERS! Completely unprofessional!

Ordered shoes two weeks ago, no updates. Called after a week and they said there was a delay and it would be leaving the warehouse shortly. Called a week later and the shoes hadn?t arrived at the warehouse? Incredibly poor given the usual delivery and communication from most businesses these days. Given two stars due to easy cancellation (though I have yet to receive an email confirmation as guaranteed)

I placed my order on the 27th with next day courier delivery selected (8 pounds) for a new years eve event. The shoes haven't arrived, the company hasn't responded to an email and I gave up on their phone helpline after 20 mins. I used the call back option but was not called.The expected delivery date from DPD is the 2nd of Jan. An absolute shambles. This contrasts negatively with other retailers who for a lower cost have delivered and can deliver to a timed slot.

Definitely would not buy again, ordered a pair of sandals and they came with awful marks on the sole, one was a size 37 the other was a 39 they were returned the same day. After a couple of weeks I got a part refund I contacted them via email absolutely no response, so obviously I have to part pay for their mistake, they clearly need the money more than me

I returned a pair of sandals in good condition, not even tried on, and with proof of postage. This was several weeks ago. I haven't received a refund. I have emailed them 4 times and haven't received a single reply. It seems because they are a big organization, they feel it's okay to rob someone on only a state pension because there's nothing she can't do anything about it. Disgusting company.

Very good collection of men's shoes. Helpful staff and reasonably priced. They accept blue light card as well.

Went in to buy a pair of leather soled shoes with my dad. Jean was excellent and spent lots of time with my dad. Unfortunately could get nothing that suited but Jean was an excellent ambassador for the shop.

I have to give a 1 star. I decided to treat myself to a nice pair of store-bought shoes...support local, rather than go to Amazon. Sole has pealed back after only 2 months of wear! So I rung store and I need proof of purchase (the bank statement didn't satisfy that) and to come into the store to have a look at them (I don't live locally). Better service would have been from Amazon!

Not very well made boots considering the price of them. Fly London lasts longer. The sole has come off them after less than a year of owning them. The sales assistant was friendly though, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. They're also not a very good slim fit calf. I wouldn't have minded if they were cheap but they're not. Expensive and cheaply made. You won't even get a year out of them.
