I visited Jo Malone Harrogate this weekend for the 'scent your wedding' free experience appointment. It was honestly brilliant and Frankie is fantastic.There was no pressure selling at all, we were encourage to try the favourite perfumes on the skin, let them settle and then come back.The engraving of the lid that is done instantly was an amazing extra touch. (As well as the prosecco we had whist having the appointment!)The store is lovely and open with plenty of browsing space.I would come back here for future purchases despite being much closer to the York store.

Disappointing service received from one of the female staff, having used the store twice during December. Spent a considerable amount during both visits. On first visit I was assisted well by the only male staff member but that day noticed another female staff member was far less friendly. Having been assisted by this same person during my more recent second visit Im afraid she was in no way cheerful or customer focused. Very disappointed with this service especially during the Christmas season. As for the products these are excellent but we will visit York or Leeds next time around.
