Had a faulty shower head. Sent the pictures and guarantee. Within a week I was picking up the replacing shower head. Fabulous plumbers. Really friendly staff and give excellent customer service.

The James Hargreaves Branch in Harrogate I have been using for my plumbing and heating supplies for some years, and so know the staff very well.Their knowledge and experience is extensive, and their friendly and helpful approach to their work makes it a pleasure to go to them.The manager Danny leads in all the above attributes, and the staff have those attributes as well, it comes natural to all.It is a pleasure to recommend James Hargreaves to all, and they will not be disappointed, and will end up been glad they went there!
