I purchased an iPhone15 from iStore Harrogate on the 12th January 2024.The service received from Cezar was most helpful and informative about the new phone I was planning to buy and my requirements. Cezar was patient in explaining what needed to be done and how to do it prior to transferring all data held on my current phone to the new one.I can happily confirm all went seamlessly and very pleased with the customer service received.

Took my iwatch in after speaking with the help centre. I was met with extremely helpful staff, cezar who diagnosed the problem and gave me the options available. I opted to send the watch off for repair and they handled the whole process. I received a text 4 days later to say it was available for collection. Again, helpful and friendly staff greeted me and dealt with the handover efficiently and professionally. I wouldn?t hesitate to use this store again.
