Excellent service from start to finish. I sent my HomePod in for repair by post after it started popping and clicking. The online form was quick and easy to fill out and a technician followed up quickly with next steps. The communication received was brilliant and I felt like I was in safe hands throughout. The repair and subsequent return of my repaired HomePod was quick and I am now enjoying my music again.

I visited Howard Conrad for the first time recently for advice on an iPad and then the fitting of a Protection Pro Hydrogel Screen Protector for my mobile via Danny. What a great place, fantastic people. Honest, trustworthy advice and first-class service. I found this business through watching an American show repair?s HomePods and he recommended them. Their website is informative and makes sending the HomePad back off repair easy. It took about a week between sending and receiving it back. I rang Steve first to check them out and he was friendly, knew what he was talking about and helpful. It reassured me.
It?s an excellent service and reasonably priced since they told me they upgraded any parts that needed refurbishing and fixed the problem. I had realised the HomePad wasn?t dead but instead had a faulty chip inside from the YouTube video that told me to check the side was still warm even though it wasn?t switching on. It?s a known fault with a batch of HomePods.
For the £99 plus £6 postage I get my HomePod working and warranted for another three years. Compared to spending £300 on a replacement which wouldn?t have any longer warranty it was a no-brainer. And it?s a 2018 Gen 1 model which some people think is better.
Anyhow, it is great to have the HomePod fixed and not another piece of modern tech destined for the recycle bin. Thoroughly recommend this repair service and will keep in mind for their other Apple repair services for my MacBook if it ever goes wrong.
