Howard Conrad is a unique jewel of a business. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. Steve, whom I dealt with, went above and beyond to expedite my MacBook pro repair with really fast turnaround. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend this business for independent Apple product repair. This is the second time I have used them and wouldn?t go anywhere else. Thank you ??

Brilliant service, extremely professional; I cannot recommend Howard Conrad enough! One of the two IPhone 11s I brought in had a battery replacement which has given the phone a new lease of life. Moreover, I appreciate the honesty I received as HC explained that a repair wouldn?t be economically viable on the other iPhone, hence I chose not to follow through with the repair. I would thoroughly recommend them and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
