I went in today... the staff were incredibly rude, complaining about a busker who had set up outside, who was entitled to set up outside. If they weren't complaining, which they were for the most part of the good ten minutes I was in there, they were chatting to each other whilst they were serving me and I was paying?! I've rarely experienced rudeness like it. It was like they were just being paid to stand there and gossip.

Since when did the staff in here start to think they are health gurus ? the guy who works there just gave this customeer the worst advise for acid reflux i ever heard, he put him off a tablet which actually helps and procedeeded to sell him aload of over priced gluten free products. Best part is when the customer asked what he can have with the pasta he said tinned tomatoes .... ? I died, please be wary when asking about health issues they are NOT professionals.P.s if you need gluten free supermarkets have a great range, reasonably priced ?

One staff member made an underhanded comment about me to another staff member. He thought I wouldn?t hear but I did and when I responded, he was sheepish. Will never buy from here again, why buy expensive for products from somewhere where the staff are rude?
