Unnecessarily hostile staff who allows them to be rude and toxic to customers and get away with it…as a loyal customer this is one branch I am now too intimidated to go in again…took my breath away the bad attitude I was presented with by the older woman staff member wow

I went in today... the staff were incredibly rude, complaining about a busker who had set up outside, who was entitled to set up outside. If they weren't complaining, which they were for the most part of the good ten minutes I was in there, they were chatting to each other whilst they were serving me and I was paying?!... read full comment
