Went into Hobbs today after having a horrible experience in another shop. Was greeted by friendly helpful staff. I tried on a hat couldn't decide the kind lady put it to one side. I went back and thanked them but I had got sorted. I will go back and purchase at some point. I would recommend this shop to everyone

I went to Hobbs in Harrogate today and the shop assistants and Shazia in particular couldn?t be more helpful. I found a beautiful dress but Shazia helped me to turn it into a stunning outfit with all the accessorises. I am attending a 60th birthday party and I will look and feel amazing. Thank you.

I was recommended Hobbs by a friend.As someone who spends most thier life in outdoor gear I had no idea of where to start with choosing a dress for my sons wedding.
Tracy came to my aid and I now have a dress that fits well ,is well made and more importantly I feel comfortable in.
I can't stress how important it was to me to have someone in the know ie Tracy helping .

Lovely lady in the shop with blonde hair from the Harrogate store was so lovely! We were shopping for a special occasion wedding anniversary! She recommended different accessories for a dress and even upselled a pair of shoes to us. Really happy with the experience! Thank you again ?

I went to the Harrogate store the other week and had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were very helpful and supportive with their thoughts and ideas. They spent extra time with me to help me find the ideal dress for my daughters wedding. They stayed after closing time to make sure I was able to get everything I needed. Thank you again. I dont know what has happened to this store. The staff change regularly so there is no continuity and this year it is difficult to find anything for me to buy at all.And they have put the prices up considerably but not the wuslity. From being a regular hapoy customer I have bought nothing since last autumn. Sorry

From booking to attending, the communication from Hobbs was great.My stylist was Shazia. She was extremely helpful and patient and brought ideas that I wouldn't of thought of if I was looking on my own. She was very knowledgeable of the products and the range of products. Shazia also instilled confidence in me to make choices for me rather than any pre-concieved ideas I may have had. Therefore, a complete outfit was bought for my sons wedding in April.All in all a 5 star service.
