In my opinion this pharmacy has gone down hill considerably recently. I have been left without vital medications regularly, including insulin and without a way of monitoring my blood sugars. When you ring the pharmacy they will promise you the items will be out that day, but they never are. I was without insulin for the full bank holiday weekend.\\nI am considering taking my custom elsewhere, but I?m waiting on so many medications I?m tied to this place for now!

Change to HGT Pharmacy because of the bad service I received from my previous company, intial service has been very good , however my last two prescription's I put into my surgery on a Monday morning have been taken over 5days and I'm still waiting for my new deliverySuch is life ...

Excellent service, very reliable. I was given very helpful advice from the pharmacist on how to apply my gel. He answered my all my questions. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Had my Covid vaccine here this week. Administrator didn't introduce herself and was very curt. I didn't know her credentials. The room was grubby and made me concerned re hygiene. 3 syringes already drawn up on a dirty looking table. Didn't inspire confidence.

Turned up with my anxious 10 yr old for first vobid jab booked on NHS website at appointed time and pharmacy was closed
