Excellent swimming facilities, however the gym is brilliant but it is quite small so can be a bit difficult to do a full workout when theres more than a dozen people there

It's a good location for me otherwise I would go elsewhere. I have had issues contacting them via phone (voicemail) so a waste of time. Lack of variety for evening classes and you can never get in to the reformer pilates classes. Latest issue is the 3 hour cancellation rule and the fact that even if you swipe in to your registered class the systems can still miss it resulting in you receiving a fine and the APP locking so you cannot book in to anymore classes.

A first rate community facility used by the people from the area it serves. Always in use but rarely to busy and the yoga classes are excellent.

A lovely, newly refurbished pool which we visit regularly as a family. There are fun sessions with an inflatable and floats which are usually busy but we enjoy just having a general swim and making our own fun. Changing rooms are clean and there are plenty of family changing rooms which is a nice extra :-)
There is a sauna but we?ve never tried it and a well equipped gym upstairs which again we haven?t used so can?t comment on.

Its convenient for me due to the location otherwise i would try and go elsewhere. Not very clean, and often crowded.

Please consider opening later and closing later I pay quite a lot per month and can never go late on a Friday which is crazy????????

Excruciatingly annoying! Travelled into Harrogate for 30 minutes with my toddler for a swim. On arrival signs up saying pool closed. I called twice in the morning to no answer to enquire whether the pool would be open so not to have a wasted journey. I understand that their ONLY communication is through an app that you need membership to access. Why isn?t this also publicised on Facebook, website or other means. Why have a brand new facility without the means to open it. Pretty pathetic. Won?t waste time again.

What a difference a smiling, helpful receptionist makes. Arrived this morning, 6th March bit unsure how to use this leisure complex. Could not have been more cheery or helpful. I wonder if the management thank their team?

Brilliant Leisure Centre now after the recent renovation. Great pools, gym and fitness rooms. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Extremely cold, especially in changing facilities.Kids pool on weekends is available only for party hire in afternoons. Staff treats customers in different way. For example, some customers can use snorkeling goggles and some not. Or for someone they give 'swimming noodle ' for the main pool, but for others say 'no, it's for lessons '. Knaresborough swimming pool is 10000 times better, but they are too busy to let everyone in. Can't win.
