Mark designed our dream bathroom including lots of small suggestions that made a huge difference in both looks and practicality. Reviewing the design on the computer really helped us to visualise what we were getting.
Jake did a fantastic job at installing the bathroom to a excellent standard. Mark stayed in touch throughout the project to ensure things ran smoothly.
We would highly recommend Harrogate Bathrooms if you are looking for high quality design, fitting and finish for your new bathroom.

We recently had two bathrooms fitted by Harrogate Bathrooms Ltd, one in our master bedroom and another in our loft conversion, and we are absolutely delighted with the results.
Steve was extremely approachable and helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered great advice throughout. The quality of the materials used is excellent, and the installation was carried out to a flawless standard.
What really stood out was the level of communication. Steve kept in regular contact during the entire process, which we found quite rare and very reassuring.
We could not be more pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend Harrogate Bathrooms Ltd to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Having had a series of challenging episodes with decorators over the years, we decided we were going to conduct our own survey to find the most reliable & diligent designers in Harrogate for our bathroom renovations. So we asked friends, friends of friends, online reviews alongside drop-ins at random times to have a feel of the outlet as well as their stock quality. After all the disappointment caused by smelly, messy, loud & brash decorators, we were gifted with Mark who was not only a great designer with a professional outlook and customer care, but was also exceptionally creative in bringing solutions to awkward walls & tight spaces you get with Victorian townhouses. He went out of his way to find us a wall cabinet that both fitted our sense of aesthetics and the space we had. When that product didn?t look as expected, he came up with elegant glass shelves that totally elevated the style to another level.
The fitter for our bathrooms was also equally exceptional. As both my husband and I work from home, we were both worried about the process until we met Alex who is possibly the most hardworking, polite & -believe it or not- quiet decorator we have ever known! He was so good that we felt encouraged to ask him to tackle some
of the longstanding issues we had with one of the guest rooms & once again, he was amazing.To ensure we have the renovations done before Xmas, they worked around the clock not once making me feel the need to clean after the day?s work is done.
We cannot recommend Mark & Alex enough to anyone who has been left too terrified to renovate!
Thank you guys; you have truly been a dream to work with. Mark, thank you for the generosity of spirit you showed in accommodating my exacting standards and choices. One tiny request: please consider extending your coverage, we need our bedrooms done, too.

Harrogate Bathrooms renewed two existing bathrooms and created a new en-suite for us. Mark made the design process simple to understand and the workmanship of the finished rooms and quality of the fittings is first class. The work went well with a minimum of disruption and they took pains to ensure that we were happy with everything.

We chose Harrogate bathrooms to refurbish our main bathroom. The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable and stress free. The quality and range of available products was better than we had seen elsewhere. Mark spent a lot of time ensuring the design and products suited our needs and the space available. We were never rushed or made to feel we couldn?t change plans or choices. The fitting process was exceptional and has resulted in a beautiful high end family bathroom. We would highly recommend their services.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new shower room in our top floor flat on Kings Road. From the very beginning, Harrogate Bathrooms provided a personal service that felt genuinely bespoke. Mark was instrumental in the design phase; his insight and hands-on approach ensured every detail was perfect. His communication throughout the process was seamless, making us feel completely involved and at ease.
The installation itself was handled by Alex, who was not only a pleasure to have in the flat but a true professional. His workmanship is exceptional, and his personable nature made the entire experience stress-free.
The end result is a high-specification shower room with a level of quality that is simply outstanding. The finish is brilliant and has truly gone beyond our expectations. If you are looking for premium quality paired with a dedicated, expert team, we cannot recommend Mark, Alex, and the rest of the crew highly enough.

Can't recommend them enough. Mark was super supportive through the design process, especially when I knew what I wanted from the bathroom practically but had no idea about colours and finishes. Jake brought the designs to life amazingly with excellent attention to detail and endless patience when I had to make most final decisions stood in the bath (to get different views). Mark made sure the bathroom was on track throughout and Jake that it was finished to a high standard. They were the most expensive quote we had but it was absolutely worth it as the design and fitting should stand the test of time.

Ignorant and belittling
I phoned up and booked an appointment and walked about an hour to be told that his pricing was out my price range without telling me on the phone and wasted my time. Then turning around and advising to go to B&Q. However I found another company within my price range. Wasted my time and found the sales advisor insulting.

Absolutely delighted with my new en-suite! The whole team were highly professional from start to finish. The fitters (led by Jayme) were friendly, extremely hardworking, and clearly very skilled. Liam, in particular, deserves special praise. The project was managed flawlessly by Steve, who kept everything running smoothly and on time. A great experience all round. We asked for some interesting designs and got exactly that. The quality of the fittings is spot on.
I can't fault anyone who worked on fitting the two bathrooms. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. They were polite, considerate and tidy.
We are very happy with the end result. The ensuite in particular is stunning!

We've just had our ensuite upgraded by Harrogate Bathrooms. We had a leak somewhere and as we regularly drive passed the show room, decided to make an appointment for an initial chat. We met Mark, he listened to our thoughts and we booked a time for him to come and take a look at our room. He helped us decide on the layout, and guided us through the process of choosing our tiles, shower, furniture etc. The realistic computer programme he used to 'mock up' or vision was amazing. We had Jake from abr_bathrooms come and install everything. He was brilliant and helped us make some improvements to the original design. He also fixed a couple of other things he noticed in our main bathroom. Our finished room is wonderful. It looks exactly as we were shown it would and is a huge improvement to how it used to be. Everything is excellent quality.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend everyone involved and will most certainly be back when our main bathroom hits the top of our project list.

We had a standard, unimaginative, new build bathroom which was identical to every other house on our street. Mark at Harrogate bathrooms came up with ideas and designs we would never have thought of and showed us what was achievable. Once we had decided on design, specification and price, Mark looked after the rest. All of the trades people were top notch and very nice guys. The finished job exceeded our expectations and we are happy to give them five stars!

The fitters, Alex & Scott, were equally excellent. Always on time, polite, friendly, with regular reviews. The workmanship is first class and finished product superb.

I went to see Steve at Harrogate Bathrooms and I definitely made the right decision. He was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to all of my requirements to come up with a design I really liked. He was really helpful throughout the whole process including both the design and fitting. Alex & Scott, who installed it, were very polite, friendly and respectful of my property. Always turning up on time, constantly checking things with me to ensure I was happy and, most importantly, did an extremely professional job! I'd told Steve right at the beginning that I wanted a stress-free experience and that is exactly what I got so I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking for a new bathroom! I absolutely love mine and so does everyone I drag round to show it off to! Thanks Steve, Scott & Alex!
