Excellent service. They didn?t have the roof bars we?d ordered and wouldn?t have them in before we left for a holiday to France, so they provided an alternative set which we then swapped for the correct one on return.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store.

I brought my car in to top the engine oil up.
The lad that did this was nice enough. However, he forgot to put the cap back on properly so i ended up with oil everywhere in front bonnet. Had to take it to morrisons to Jetwash it and refill with Oil.
They are friendly enough but this did make a convenience out my day and is extremely dangerous as my engine was smoking that?s how i realised something wasn?t right.

Excellent Joie car seat from Halfords on offer and Nick was brilliant in fitting it and showing me how to use it! A real plus to know it?s been expertly fitted and will keep my beautiful granddaughter safe . A great service and free !

Online orders have been good from Halfords previously but I placed an order in store recently that should have arrived on 3rd June and am still yet to receive anything. I have even been in to store who looked up the order and just told me it hadn't come in yet and advised there wasn't anything they could do to chase it.

Went for replacement windscreen wipers - late in the day and gave little notice - but the service was excellent. Ordered on-line and was asked to come in half an hour. Arrived to find the equipment waiting for me and the staff member attended to me, fitted them in less than 5 minutes and disposed of my old, shredded set. Thoroughly satisfied - thank you for your prompt and professional service.

Super quick and efficient help. Had no idea what to do when my brake lights became faulty and Rob and the team were such a big help. He was very friendly and so quick with his work. Also letting me take photos of the missing pieces and gave me some great advice on what to do next. I hope Rob and everyone at Harrogate store on Knaresborough road has a lovely, well rested Sunday off.
